Recognizable Minimalist Logos

These Brand Logos Remain Identifiable Even While Stripped in Design

Designer Pedro Almeida hails from Portugal and came up with these incredibly minimalist logo designs for massive world-renown corporations such as Apple, McDonald's and Google. Despite the logos only containing a part of the original shape, color or overall design the graphics are still so recognizable speaking to the memorable impression these top brands have left on its consumers.

Almeida's designs speak to how much logos impact our daily lives by stripping down the design of many popular brands' emblems to nothing more than the central colors, shapes or details that the viewer is often still able to tie to the brand. For example, the Apple logo is reduced to a grey circle with a tiny dash and the McDonald's logo is nothing more than one golden arch on a red background.

Almeida's work speaks to brands needing to create a memorable emblem to create a lasting impression on consumers.
