Target Announced Plans to Open "Mini" Apple Stores Post-pandemic

Looking ahead to the post-pandemic world, Target announced plans to launch mini Apple stores within its walls to enable consumers to easily browse and buy gadgets within the store. Moreover, all the staff within the Apple spaces will receive specialized training from the tech company.

The first mini Apple stores will be open by the end of February in 17 Target locations with nine of these locations in Florida and Texas. The remaining locations will include cities like San Jose and Oklahoma. According to the brand, more of these mini Apple shops will arrive in 2021 "and beyond."

The new move will help Target acquire more consumers looking to shop at the tech store without the large lines often found in the shopping mall.
