Million Dollar Olympic Bicycles

Theo Bos Bids on Gold with Koga Miyata

Dutch track cyclist Theo Bos hopes that a special one million dollar bicycle designed by cycle maker Koga Miyata will ensure him the Gold medal at the Beijing Olympics after narrowly missing out on the gold at the Athens Olympics four years ago.

The revolutionary bike, which has been in the making for three and a half years, has the lowest air resistance of any bike in the world with no brakes and only one speed.

The bike is said to be so stiff and specialized, no ordinary person could ride it.
