Mikhail Prokhorov's appropriately-named "People's Hybrid" will be available in either hatchback or sport coupe. The car will have one electric motor on each wheel and will reportedly be as roomy as a MINI Cooper. Mikhail Prokhorov is a very, very rich man, and if anyone can build Russia's first hybrid, it's him.
