The MoonHouse by Mikael Genberg Aims to Put a House in Space

Swedish artist Mikael Genberg has a very challenging goal for 2015 - he wants to put a house on the moon. In an interview for the project, he states how too many people accept the way things are without pushing the boundaries and creating their own realities. The Moonhouse is meant to represent this push for innovation and success.

The house can actually assemble itself, and looks like a small Swedish cottage. It's something that many people have been talking about over the last few months, discussing everything from what furniture to place on the inside, to whether or not the entire experiment is possible. Mikael Genberg looks at the entire project as a symbol of potential and inspiration on a variety of topics. Photo Credits: designboom, mikaelgenberg
