Bubbly Electric Cars

The Microlino is Inspired By Classic Italian Bubble Cars

The Microlino is an unbearably cute little electric car, developed by the noted Swiss company Micro Mobility Systems AG, that is inspired by the famous bubble car designed originally in Italy before being made famous by German automaker BMW.

This pint-sized urban vehicle has a bubble-like shape that enables two passengers to sit inside it in reasonable comfort, unlike many past bubble car offerings. This electric vehicle will offer a range in the region of 100 km allied with a maximum speed of around 100 km/h. The vehicle draws its power from an electric motor that is capable of pumping out 15 KiloWatts or 20 horsepower. The car is set to be launched in 2018 and is expected to cost somewhere between $8,950 and $11,200.

Adorable-looking and intelligently engineered, this bubble car is perfectly designed for crowded urban environments.
