In an effort to better recognize marginalized voices, Art Hoe Collective will be offering micro grants to benefit Black transgender women who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Art Hoe Collective formed to give a platform to creatives of color, featuring art work and submissions on a popular Instagram page. Now, the collective is further supporting its community with micro grants, in which three recipients will be awarded with $1,000 USD each. The page is now accepting applications for these grants, and to apply those eligible must submit their artwork online using a hashtag. The guest host Aaron Philips will serve as a curator for the event.
