The Mhin Clock Creatively and Quietly Keeps the Time

James Tobin aims to silence wall clocks once and for all with his new Mhin Clock. The Mhin Clock is a silent time-teller that keeps track of hours and minutes using a bar graph-like setup.

Hours are measured on the top portion of the graph while minutes are measured on the bottom. Time is told by counting up the amount of dashes covered by the bars. The body of the clock is ceramic while the time dashes are metal and the bars are rubber. Despite the fact that you have to put in a little work to tell the time on the Mhin Clock (those dashes aren't going to count themselves), this is still a very solid design. Check out the video to see James Tobin's clock in action.
