KFC is Printing Meal Receipts on Tissues with Eco-Friendly Ink

Rather than handing customers a napkin and a printed meal receipt with their order, KFC is issuing receipts that double as napkins thanks to special ink-resistant tissue paper. With biodegradable, eco-friendly ink, the napkin-receipts can be safely used by people who want to clean up after a fried chicken meal. As part of the waste-reducing solution, KFC also introduced entire menus, placemats, food bags, posters and flyers made from the same material, showing off its applications in different shapes and sizes, and encouraging people to use just about anything to get themselves tidy after eating.

The NAPKINIZED products from KFC were rolled out across dozens of locations in the UAE and Lebanon, cleverly playing up the chain's famous "finger-lickin' good" tagline.
