Facial-Tracking Confectionery Cannons

This Marshmallow Cannon Can Track and Shoot at Your Face

This new face-tracking marshmallow cannon was designed to aim accurately at your face. The use of marshmallows would make this unit a fun experiment to try out in public. It was designed by a team of mechanical and electrical engineering students at Olin College. If you ever feel the need to have a fun and messy food competition, this cannon is worth a try.

The clever design by these college students started by having a tube of plastic to make the 30 PSI marshmallow cannon. It's then put it on a rotating rig, loaded up with facial recognition software and then told to aim for the mouth. This facial recognition marshmallow cannon only costs $250 to build.
