Singapore's First Ever Manga Library Features a Robot Concierge

Singapore has opened its first-ever Grab-n-Go manga library with over 5,000 titles and a robot concierge to enhance the experience. The library aims to make borrowing books easier and more convenient with patrons being able to enter the space by scanning their ID cards, pick their desired books and head over to the exit for checkout. The vast collection of over 5,000 manga books includes Dragon Ball Z, Spy x Family, Beyblade Burst and Fairy Tail, among others.

The library's catalogue will also feature Singapore's own rich comic culture with comics donated by local collectors. The life-sized robot concierge, Mr Kiasu, will recommend books and provide simple instructions on using Grab-n-Go. By incorporating a robot concierge, the brand can differentiate itself from competitors and create a memorable experience that customers are more likely to remember and share with others.
