Nautical Knitwear Collections

The Mandy Kordal Spring/Summer 2014 Line Features Stitched Pieces

The Mandy Kordal Spring/Summer 2014 collection features a series of knits. Whether in the form of slouchy shirts or baggy shorts, Kordal has delivered a nautical motif in an approachable way via her production of a style that is relaxed, stylish and chic all at once.

Prior to designing her own pieces, Kordal worked for large labels such as J. Crew. She has since branched out on her own, and successfully so. Although this Spring/Summer 2014 line does stand out, she has also managed to include long lasting basics, seen in classic oversize sweaters that can be paired with a host of ensembles.

Kordal's selection of a beach backdrop for this line resonates with the apparel's nautical underpinnings. Stripes of navy blue and beige bring up images of shorelines, boats and summer.
