The MaKey MaKey kit is an invention kit that will help you turn everyday objects into internet-accessible touch pads.
The kit comes with MaKey MaKey, Alligator Clips and a USB Cable. The MaKey MaKey is printed on a circuit board and has a mircocontroller. By using the Human Interface Device (HID) it can communicate with your computer and send over keypresses and mouse movements. The way it works is that it connects object to the MaKey MaKey board using alligator clips, once it makes the connection to the computer, the computer will just think that the MaKey MaKey is a regular keyboard.
