The Neiman Marcus Make Some Noise Platform Extends to SXSW

Luxury retailer Neiman Marcus is celebrating "bold women with bold voices" as part of their Make Some Noise initiative at SXSW 2015. Female speakers like Freida Pinto, Laura Dern, Rosario Dawson and Jenna Bush Hager are being featured at the event (which consists of film, music and tech festivals). Musical artists handpicked by Atlantic include names like Milo Greene, Max Frost, Marina and the Diamonds, Kaleo and Grammy-winning Clean Bandit.

The Make Some Noise platform demonstrates how music is enhancing the Neiman Marcus brand. Neiman Marcus Group CMO Wanda Gierhart told AdWeek their strategy is "to champion women with bold vision and voices" where as leveraging music is a tactic. This is the third year they are appearing at the annual event.
