The Video Russian Leaders Don't Want You to See

All Out #Lovealwayswins Video Goes Viral

All Out, a nonprofit charity that advocates equal rights for LGBTs released a short video shining a spotlight on Russia’s new anti-gay laws, calling on the International Olympic Committee to stand by their principles of non-discrimination, before the Winter Olympics kick off next February.

The film shows what it might look like if an Olympian chose to celebrate their success with the person they love after winning gold, currently illegal in the country and has gone viral, receiving over 500k views and creating a storm on social media.

We're just under 100 days out to the kick-off of the Olympics in Sochi, and with Beijing making last minute legal changes before their Olympics in 2008 there's still time to repeal the law.

Implications - The video was created with talented professionals volunteering their time in support of the campaign and is a hugely effective way of reaching a large audience about an important issue and gathering support.
