London-based menswear label Lorenz is launching a new selection of relaxed silhouettes, graphic shirts, and unique textiles for its upcoming capsule collection. The range taps British artist Frankie Thorp for its hand-painted designs, sharing the artist’s humorous approach to still-life art through seven upcycled shirts, a single graphic T-shirt, embroidered cap, and a tote bag.
Thorp attributes her inspiration to afternoons on the Amalfi Coast, sipping on Campari. Each item is crafted with a white base and features vibrant paintings of flowers, fruit, naked women, bottles of alcohol, cocktails, and more. The cap strays from this theme and offers a black base with a pastel tequila shot embroidered on the front. This design sits next to an orange slice and co-branding, tying together the playful summer collection.
The Lorenz x Frankie Thorp capsule collection will be available on Sep 1, 2022.
