This 2,200 Square Foot Loft Renovation Fits Diverse Needs

Despite being a 2,200 square foot living space in New York City, this loft renovation posed a challenge for Adi Gershoni Studio, since the homeowners required that their space suit many needs. Some of the needs of the homeowners included a place where they could both work from home, entertain and accommodate overnight guests. Within just a few thousand square feet, the designers were able to give the loft owners everything they asked for and more, including his and hers office spaces, a den, a lounge room with a TV, two guestrooms, in addition to basic spaces like a kitchen, living room and a master bedroom.

Part of what made the design able to accommodate all of these needs included smartly-placed partitions that doubled as storage units, as well as the inclusion of curtains that can be used to section off a private space as needed.
