The L'Officiel Italia June 2014 editorial featuring Iekeliene Stange offers an offbeat look at the model and her watery surroundings. Although encircled by rocks and sand, Stange is found for the most part in thick crop sweaters and lengthy outerwear, breaking with standard photoshoots taken by shorelines.
Stylist Kathi Kauder chose to do away with standard bikinis and one piece suits. Instead, Kauder included a sheer body suit and an off the shoulder top, leaving little to the imagination. At the same time, Kauder also mixed up the lot with a long black lace dress, certainly a far cry from what one would wear on a sunny day.
Photographer Sigurd Grunberger opted for several different backdrops to showcase the ensembles of Kauder and poses of Stange. Aside from the waves, he also focused on brown boulders.
