The Lobster Motorcycle is Dangerously Delicious

Chef and Taiwanese food carving artist Huang Mingbo made this lobster motorcycle at an exhibition at the Fuzhou Hotel in Fuzhou, China. The clever crustacean creation is made out of pieces of lobster and is a very detailed and amazingly designer motorcycle.

As someone who loves seafood, I would have no problem breaking this open and enjoying the delicious lobster inside, but I have to admit, it is incredibly cool to look at.

The lobster motorcycle was created by Mingbo at a cooking seminar. If this is the type of stuff that you learn at cooking classes in China, someone sign me up and I’ll be on the first flight out.

The lobster motorcycle has me wondering one thing: Will there be a shrimp airplane seminar in Mingbo’s near future?
