The artist, who goes by ILOVEDOODLE (which is also the name of his site and Etsy boutique), creates work that simply makes you smile. The pieces are funny and take a play off of words as well as provides comfort to the viewer. With cute illustrations such as 'Bee Positive' and a satirical take on Woody Allen, Lim Heng Swee's work is definitely fun and plays with bright, pastel colors and minimal detail. His addition of happy faces into inanimate objects such as coffee cups make the illustrations adorable.
My favorite piece from Lim Heng Swee is the 'Hugs Keep Us Alive' illustration which shows an anatomical illustration of hugging organs and ribs.
