Lightsign Airship

Lightsign Airship

At the NAB broadcast conference the Lightship Group revealed their A-170 Lightsign Airship. Instead of the “Goodyear” logo, the blimp displayed a LED screen that measured 30 by 70 feet. It can broadcast live TV events or slide shows. The only downside is it can only display one colour during the day for visibility reasons. Lightship is still researching if there is a market for these airships.
