There are benefits to installing electrical patio lighting but an ambient effect is quite difficult to come by. The Normann Copenhagen LightHouse Lantern repackages the established practice of using wax candles as a source outside, doing so with a delightful marriage of traditional and modern aesthetics.
HolmbackNordentoft was inspired by the iconic form of the archetypal Scandinavian dwelling, consisting of four walls, a pitched roof and a chimney in the center. The idea of the domicile has been reduced to these three features for a minimalist and contemporary look, accented with a fresh splash of color in turquoise, pink, yellow, black or white. The walls of the LightHouse Lantern have been rendered in a transparent glass to expose the warm flicker of the matching candle within.
