Tri Pointe Homes has announced the development of Altis at Serenity, the company's first 55+ lifestyle community on the East Coast. This project is located near the Wake-Harnett County border in North Carolina. It will feature 425 homes within the 550-acre Serenity development. The community, expected to open in spring 2025, is designed to offer active adults a vibrant, engaging environment with a variety of amenities.
Altis at Serenity will provide three series of homes catering to different lifestyle needs, ranging from 1,200 to 2,527 square feet. Each home in the 55+ lifestyle community will feature modern designs and customization options through Tri Pointe’s Design Studio. The community will include amenities such as fitness centers, resort-style pools, and clubhouses, aimed at fostering social connections and promoting active lifestyles.
