The Lesia Paramonova 'Monstrology' collection is like a fairy tale that takes its shape in the form of fashion. For her latest work, the Moscow-based designer created a series of six hybrid bird-monsters, which are more protectors of the forest rather than terrors of it, as the word "monster" seems to imply. The imaginative beasts appear as props throughout the lookbook, as well as small embroidered details on some of the clothing pieces.
To make the whole thing even more fantastical, the model in the lookbook has her face painted and her hair styled in such a way that she looks just like a graceful antelope.
The gorgeous collection is truly whimsical and it's easy to believe that the creatures, characters and garments came right out of an enchanted forest scene in a fairy tale book.
