Customized LEGO Skateboards

Peter Brown Gifted Braille Skateboarding a Unique Handmade Design

A part of an ongoing series that's called 'You Make It We Skate It,' the Braille Skateboarding team tried out a LEGO skateboard made by Peter Brown.

In order to show viewers of the popular series how he made the unconventional deck, Peter Brown uploaded his own YouTube video as well, which breaks down his whole DIY process. In short, he makes use of 250 LEGO bricks, 10-inch base pieces and resin.

When the Braille Skateboarding got their hands on the LEGO skateboard, they considered its questionable durability. However that didn't prevent them from testing it out at the park. Although the LEGO skateboard was able to withstand wheels being drilled into it, as the weight of a full-grown man, it broke when the team tried to use it for tricks.
