The LEGO Chalkboard Eraser Will Save Teachers Time and Energy

LEGO robots are nothing new, but the LEGO Chalkboard Eraser is definitely one robot that would come in handy once school starts up again. The gadget was designed by two Cornell students, Le Zhang and Michael Lathrop.

The robot was inspired by writings left on a whiteboard after class was finished, and soon after, an idea was born.

The robot is powered by batteries and attaches itself to the white board with magnets. It’s not hand-operated, and as soon as you attach the LEGO robot to the board, it will automatically find its way to the top left corner. From there, it wiggles its way around until it’s leaves a clean white canvas for the next teacher to start a lesson.
