Londoner Lee Hadwin Creates Art While Slumbering

Lee Hadwin is an anomaly in the art world. A nurse by day, his artistic talent remains completely dormant until he falls asleep. But once his head hits that pillow, he becomes a sleep walking Picasso. With no formal training or even a desire to be an artist, Lee Hadwin skillfully sketches and paints while snoozing.

Based in London, England, Lee Hadwin draws everything from portraits of Marilyn Monroe to intense tentacles and more abstract works. Although there are many skeptics concerning of Lee Hadwin's abilities and claims, he asserts, "You should see my reports from school. I was appalling at art and couldn’t draw at all."

Whatever the case may be, Lee Hadwin has listed his artwork on eBay for £1million, half of which will go to the Missing People organization.
