Although a refined diamond is beautiful, it takes work to get there. It starts as a dull rock and, over time, it gains clarity and sharpens with multiple facets.
Each new colorway of the LEBRON X has an individual story. The blue diamond colorway is characteristic of the blue tones that diamonds acquire from coming in contact with electricity, and is symbolic of James' charged presence on the court. The black colorway is what James wears for away games and is symbolic of pressure. Finally, the green colorway is inspired by the Chinese art of cutting jade with diamond, and could be representative of James' killer cuts and crossover moves.
