Peeled-Back Sinks

Daniel Lago's Lavabo Skin Looks Wonderfully Weightless

There is something very appealing about the peeled-back look of the Lavabo Skin. It is as though some kind of muscleman got mad and took his rage out on the bathroom tiles.

Designed by Daniele Lago, the Lavabo Skin sink debuted during this year’s Milano Design Week. Unique and dramatic, it probably stole the show. When I look at the Lavabo Skin sink, I think of a public washroom; however, it would be perfect for a very modern home as well. Guests would go gaga over this bathroom fixture that looks weightless.

Covered in mosaic, the Lavabo Skin sink's aesthetic remains untouched and raw. It is available in a range of LAGO colorways to suit almost any taste.
