The CEO and co-founder of Convene, Ryan Simonetti, spoke on the rationale for opening the largest event venue in the area, "Our customers have been looking for Convene venues to host their tentpole events for years since there is a shortage of spaces that can accommodate large-scale events and conferences in New York City."
Additionally, the event space can be divided into smaller sections as it has two rooms that can each seat 500 people, as well as a number of other smaller rooms. Overall Convene's new event space means it has the capacity to hold large events, and the flexibility to cater to the needs of smaller groups.
