The LANDCARPET Hong Kong by Florian Pucher Offers an Aerial View

The LANDCARPET Hong Kong is a rug modeled after the aerial view of the city of Hong Kong. Created by the same designer that brought the world the Land Carpet, a rural rug depiction of farmland, this creation is much more civilized. Although it may not be as naturally beautiful as its predecessor, the LANDCARPET Hong Kong is just as captivating.

Designed by Florian Pucher, who is based in Vienna, Austria, the LANDCARPET Hong Kong is a one-off piece that is set to be auctioned off at Europe's oldest auction house Dorotheum this month. Full of lush greens, deep blues and the white and grey of manmade harbors, the LANDCARPET Hong Kong displays the Victoria Harbour and mainland China.
