Lamborghini Spiga

The New Gallardo Concept

While many designers are still discussing about the look of the Lamborghini Gallardo, young designer Urgur Sahin (22) has re-designed the Lamborghini Gallardo without any prejudice before he started his re-designing job.

Sahin has named this concept Spiga, and he has basically reshaped and redesigned the Gallardo, trying to smooth its rear cooling vents and integrating the fender vents into the body line of the car. But the greatest improvement in Sahin's design could be the rear bumper change. Where blocky taillights originally matched shape and size with equally blocky vents, the Spiga has now a more curvaceous rear panel with Vanquish-style lamps. The Spiga's exhaust is very similar to those of recent Ford concepts that have almost hidden the pipes.

All comments among famous car designers are that Sahin has given a more graceful look to the Lamborghini Gallardo.
