The Kronos Props Portal Turret Pays Tribute to the Iconic Puzzle Game Portal

What better way to enjoy the recently released Portal 2 than by checking out the Kronos Props Portal Turret? The Kronos Props Portal Turret was built by Ryan Palser and his wife Dena as a tribute to the original Portal game.

If you have never played Portal, then it will be hard to understand why the Kronos Props Portal Turret is so awesome. The turret is more or less a replica of the actual turrets featured in Portal 1. The turret has a motion sensor and can play 17 different songs including the Portal theme song. It is constructed of wood and styrofoam, so it probably won't stand up to any serious weaponry, but it's still pretty cool.
