The Konstruct App Usues Augmented Reality to Create 3D Artwork

The Konstruct app is an augmented reality app that lets you create abstract works of art simply by using your voice. The app was designed by James Alliban and Juliet Lall and is only available on the iPhone.

The app is incredibly easy to use, which should help it appeal to those of us, myself included, who consider themselves somewhat challenged when it comes to creating art. To use the app, simply select the shapes and colors you want to work with. Once you've selected your medium, begin talking into the iPhone's mic and watch your creative vision come to life. Your tone of voice controls the size of the shapes created, which could possibly lead to finding a vocal range you never knew you had, all in the name of art. The app is currently available for the third and fourth generation iPhones, and there is an iPad version in development.
