The Ajori Kitchen Set Structure Takes Inspiration from a Garlic Plant

The Ajori kitchen set design by Europen design firm PhotoAlquimia offers a produce-inspired structure based off of one of the most popular flavor aids, the garlic bulb. The condiment caddy features various sections for holding oils, spices and cooking ingredients in sectional containers shaped just like garlic cloves.

Garlic is a produce many chefs and consumers use frequently in their cooking, making the food an ideal source of design inspiration for a condiment holder. The Ajori is made up of various different compartments in a variety of sizes. Each compartment features a curved design outlining the shape of a garlic clove, so when all the pieces are placed together they form the full bulb. The clove containers can be used to hold a variety of products from vinegars to spices.
