The Kisai Rogue Touch Has a Touch-Friendly Face

The rise of touchscreen watches is well underway as indicated by the Kisai Rogue Touch. The Kisai Rogue Touch is the latest design to go from Tokyoflash's design blog to its online store. The watch is completely button-less with time told via touch.

The Kisai Rogue Touch's face, like all Tokyoflash watches, has a face that initially looks impossible to read. Telling time using the watch is actually quite easy though, as the hours (for the primary time) are represented by the large bars that ring the watch's face. There are 12 bars in total, and the hour is told by seeing which bar is absent from the ring. The minutes are located just inside of the hour's ring and are marked by dashes from one to 60 with the seconds appearing on the hour's ring. The inner ring of the watch tells the secondary time zone in the same way as the outer ring.

All of the watch's functions and settings are controlled via touch from the face. The Tokyoflash Design Blog has turned many concept watches into reality recently, but the Kisai Rogue Touch is easily the most advanced and tech savvy of the bunch. You can check out stills and a demo video of the watch here.
