Kim Kardashian 'Dancing With Stars' to Slim Down

Kim Kardashian made some buzz this week when she announced that she views her performance in ‘Dancing with the Stars’ as an exercise plan.  Specifically, she’ll be using her participation as a way to shape up and slim down.

In an interview with New York Daily News, Kim Kardashian explained that dancing on reality tv is different that being in a gym.  She explained, "You really start to lose weight when the show starts."

Even more interesting, this wasn’t just a one-off comment.  In an OK Magazine interview, Kim Kardashian noted, "I really want to be toned. Every girl has her insecurities, whether she is skinny or not. You want to look good when you’re on vacation in a swimsuit."

There you go.  So next time you want to get into shape, just land a role in a reality tv show…
