Head Splatter Art

Kike Besada Uses Paint on Photos in 'Sounding in Fathoms'

Kike Besada has been working in interactive design and print for approximately six years, but has already shown his passion and dedication through his high-end art work.

Having worked for brands such as Diesel, Nokia, Mercedes, Smirnoff and Burger King, Kike certainly has an amazingly strong portfolio.

Implications - Even more impressive to me personally though is how Kike Besada is able to control the ink splatters without them streaking into the apparel of the each figure. The mix of super precision and chaos is simply surreal.

The pictures in the gallery above are titled ‘Sounding in Fathoms,’ and show how Kike has intelligently used abstract illustration with an old photo.
