KFC and DC Comics Made Colonel Sanders a Comic Book Character

KFC and DC Comics have collaborated to bring Colonel Sanders into the comic book world. The iconic fast food character will star in his very own limited edition comic book that will be given out for free at the upcoming New York Comic Con.

The storyline of 'The Colonel of Two Worlds' will mimic a DC story from 1961 called 'The Flash of Two Worlds,' which saw Barry Allan enter into a parallel universe in which he met another Flash. With the updated version, Colonel Sanders will encounter another, possibly evil Colonel Sanders. Other DC Comics characters will also appear in the story including the Flash and the Green Lantern. The co-branded project will be the second of its kind this year with the first coming out in San Diego's Comic Con.
