Jens Sage has found a way to capture photos that look as though his subjects are suspended in mid air. What's more is that these people give the impression of sitting on an invisible seat with their hanging posture.
The photographs have a surreal, whimsical look to them as if sitting on an invisible chair for these people was the last thing on their minds. Instead, they look deep in thought looking outside of the frame, unphased by the seeming lack of seating. Jens Sage does a great job with varying the location of his subjects by placing them on invisible park benches and reclining in the front seat of their car. He even presents one person riding an invisible bike. Jens Sage knows how to take photos with a surreal twist.
