The Vogue Netherlands Second Skin editorial shot by photographer Jan Welters introduced a contemporary take on the classic cowgirl look. Model Ola Rudnicka delivered the captivating production with the insight of stylist Marije Geokoop.
Readers of the Vogue Netherlands May 2015 issue will be able to take in both Rudnicka and Goekoop's work. Together the pair exhibited large fur-lined coats, cropped leather jackets and wide high rise trousers.
Instantly recognizable cattle-themed additions came of suede pants, leather belts and frayed boots. While many of these looks are appropriate for upscale farming settings, Goekoop also covered Rudnicka's figure in gravel. This spoke to Vogue Netherlands' desire to be rustic while also ahead of the fashion curve.
