Japanese Company Ise Kogyo Devises Way to Thwart Typhoons

Although we seem to be affecting the climate enough these days, the Japanese company Ise Kogyo has devised a more direct way to do so, which would be for our benefit instead of our demise.

Ise Kogyo has developed twenty submarines that could thwart typhoons even before they happen. According to Dvice, "typhoons require warm water on the surface to form, and cooling that a few degrees may not stop them outright, but it could lessen the storm." By spraying cool water where a typhoon is beginning to form, Ise Kogyo hopes to prevent it.
