The Institute for Automated Mobility Aims for Innovation

Arizona has been one of the most open states for autonomous vehicles and now the state is opening the Institute for Automated Mobility (IAM). Focused on autonomous vehicle research, safety and policy, the institute will be the first of its kind. IAM will be overseen by the Arizona Commerce Authority and will incorporate the state's transportation and public safety departments, private industry and three state universities.
