Created as a collaborative effort by Ivan Zhang and Jeho Yoon and winning the RedDot Design Award, the NEST is an inflatable boat that can also be used as an inflatable air mattress.
While completely collapsible when all air is released, the NEST has an internal series of ropes that give the inflatable different structures depending on how they are hooked up. With simple adjustments, a flat resting surface is turned into a curved water raft that can support a person's weight on the surface. Perfect for a day at the lake or beach, this raft can be rolled up into the car, then inflated for a comfortable mattress and later adjusted to take out on the water.
