IKEA Canada Launches a New AI Room Design Feature for Enhanced Customization

IKEA Canada is launching a new 3D technology feature backed by artificial intelligence. Named Kreativ, this feature helps customers visualize what their space will look like with different IKEA furniture and configurations.

In the pursuit of enhancing customer experience, IKEA offers an extensive assortment of over 50 3D showrooms, affording customers the opportunity to peruse and acquaint themselves with a diverse range of IKEA products. Additionally, Kreativ provides users with an immersive experience that enables seamless exploration and selection of their preferred products in unique environments.

"IKEA Kreativ is about enhancing our omnichannel effort to create solutions that are innovative while also enabling consumers to creatively visualise how to design their ideal home," said Carmen Ciesielski, IKEA Canada home furnishing and design director.
