Women of Color Enterprises

I'mPOSSIBLE. is a Socially Focused Initiative Celebrating Success

I'mPOSSIBLE. is a Britain-based social enterprise that focuses on bringing women of color together in order to create an empowering network and award success within the community.

The featured video outlines an event that happened on Wednesday, February 8, 2012, called the 'I'mPOSSIBLE. Conversation,' which brings together a breadth of successful British women of color to engage with others on how they got to where they are now. The panelests included heavyweights such as the company secretary and chief legal head of Waitrose and John Lewis, Margaret Casely-Hayford, the first Black female chaplain to the speaker of the House of Commons, Reverend Rose Hudson-Wilkin, and the first Black female orthopaedic consultant surgeon in the United Kingdom, Samantha Tross. Now, that's a lot of firsts in one evening.

It's time to do what was once considered Mission I'mPOSSIBLE.
