Burgerville's New Milkshakes Menu Pay Homage to the Pacific Northwest

Burgerville is on a mission to shake things up with its new hyper-local milkshake menu. Not only does the new menu pay homage to delicious ingredients from the Pacific Northwest, but the menu also helps to keep money in the regional food economy.

Burgerville's new hyper-local milkshake menu celebrates the Pacific Northwest by using only local ingredients. Each of the shakes starts with a base of either ice cream made from Alpenrose Dairy products, or plant-based ice cream from Coconut Bliss. Ice cream is then combined with other local ingredients such as strawberries, peppermint oil, hazelnuts, and even concentrated cold brew. As Jamie Powell Of Burgerville explained, "We spent months collaborating with some amazing partners to create our everyday shake menu. The high-quality ingredients create flavor that really shines through and we’re excited for our fans to find their new favorite."
