The Kvant concept vehicle essentially enhances personal transportation in snow conditions while maintaining style, performance and rugged toughness. What seems to look like an uncomfortable ride is actually quite easily mounted.
For marketing purposes, I think the designer could come up with a better name for it. How about The CrossBreed Tempest?
