Bodylicious is an unusual plate that is inspired by Nyotaimori, a Japanese tradition of presenting sushi on the body of a naked woman. The process is called Nantaimori when a male is used as the tray.
Designer Hiroshi Tsunoda transformed this exotic tradition into two sets of plates: a female and male body design.
The three-piece sets are made of ceramic. The lines and curves of the human body copied in this plate design present creative and fun ways to present food.
Both female and male designs come in black or white. The pieces can be interchanged and combined, so you can create your own personalized mutation of the human body.
These plates are sure to be a conversation starter at any party.
