Hotpot Queen has introduced two new delicious hotpot soup bases — the Sichuan Spicy and Savory Mushroom varieties. These offerings are designed to offer health-conscious consumers an authentic and clean-ingredient dining experience.
Hotpot Queen's hotpot soup bases are free from MSG, preservatives, additives, and refined sugar. Instead, the brand uses monk fruit extract as a natural sweetener instead. The Sichuan Spicy base captures the bold, tingling flavors of traditional Sichuan cuisine, while the Savory Mushroom base combines shiitake, shimeiji, and king oyster mushrooms for a rich, umami-packed broth.
The new products are developed by founder Jia Liao and her team near Chongqing. Each kit includes specially crafted dipping sauces to enhance the experience while the modern-infused packaging aesthetic immediately draws in the attention of contemporary consumers.
